The property owner is seeking to change the zoning on the lot at 357 Weaverville Rd., Divide. The owner is requesting a statement from the Divide Planning Committee prior to submitting a zoning application to the County. A map showing where the property is located as well a description of the property are available as attachments, below.
A meeting was held Wednesday, January 7, 2015 beginning at 6:30 PM at the Teller County Public Works facility.
At that meeting it was agreed that the zone change for this parcel is the right thing to do and a prepared letter was signed stating this Committee is in favor of this change. The owner can include our letter with the application to the County.
