DPC Meeting 7 Jan 2015
A meeting was held at the Teller County Public Works facility in Divide to discuss a request of a property owner to change the zoning of a lot within the Town Center from Agricultural to Commercial. The lot in question is at 357 Weaverville Rd in Divide. At this meeting a prepared letter was approved and will be provided to the lot owner for inclusion in the zoning application to the County.
