Bridger Cell Tower

Application received on 10 Sept. 2014 by Divide Planning Committee for a monopole stealth (looks like a tree) cell tower on the North side of Rte 24 and West of the Twin Rocks Rd. turn-off.

Application is for a height variance (to 125 feet) on A-1 land.

A meeting to discuss this application was held Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014 at the Teller County Public Works facility in Divide beginning at 7 PM.  Refer to map (below) for where this facility is located.  At that meeting the DPC agreed to support this application.  The DPC response to the county was signed and sent to, and acknowledged receipt on Sept 30, 2014 Teller county Planning. The DPC response is in the attachments, below.

At the October 15, 2014 meeting of the TC Board of Adjustment this request was approved.
