DPC Meeting 3 Sept 2014
The second meeting to discuss the LUR Text Change for Recreation Camps, Retreats or Outdoor Education Facilities was help at the Lost Dutchman Retreat.
A draft response letter was reviewed and while most were in agreement, some changes were suggested. A revised version will be available for discussion and at the DPC Community meeting scheduled for 11 Sept 2014 at the Little Chapel of the Hills in Divide.

DPC Meeting 27 Aug 2014
A meeting was help at the Lost Dutchman Retreat in the Trout Haven subdivision to discuss a new application for a Text Change to the Teller County Land Use Regulations (LUR). Thanks to Bryan Johnson for hosting and providing the meeting place.
Mike MacDonald of Sanborn Camps (Florissant) representing the group of applicants presented what the change was about. Open discussions were held and concerns raised. A draft response from the DPC will be available for review and discussion at the next meeting, scheduled for 3 Sep 2014 at the same place and time.

DPC Meeting 9 Apr 2014
A short meeting was held to approve and sign the revised By-Laws and draw lots for term lengths of the current Committee members.
The approved By-Laws are available at this link. The By-Laws article on this website has been moved from Pending documents to Current documents category.
With this meeting we concluded the objectives established at the beginning of the year. There are no regular meetings scheduled for the near future.

DPC Meeting 02 Apr 2014
A meeting of the Divide Planning Committee (DPC) was held at the usual place and time (Mountain Memorial Funeral Home in Divide at 7:00 PM) on Wednesday April 2, 2014. Ten committee members plus three public residents attended.
The purpose of this meeting was a review of the revised draft By-Laws.
The revised By-Laws are available at this link.
The next meeting will be April 9th at which the DPC members will sign the By-Laws and draw lots for length of term (one, two or three years).

DPC Meeting - 19 March 2014
A meeting of the Divide Planning Committee was held at the MMFH in Divide. Eight committee members were present plus two non-committee members. A continuation of review and revision of the DPC By-Laws was the only topic.
Proposed draft for the revised By-Laws is in the attached 2014 By-Laws file below.
It was agreed to skip a week before the next meeting to give time to incorporate all the changes to the By-Laws and for all to review the resulting draft. Next meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2014 at MMFH.
